Relief Interpreters



			JACINTA LITHERLAND Jacinta has BSL NVQ Level 4 from Sign Solutions in Birmingham. She gained her Level 1 & 2 at Wilmorton College and Level 3 at the RSD in Derby. She started work as a Relief Interpreter with CU in April 2008 having worked before at Reigate School with Deaf children. She is married with 2 children.


			JUDITH TEE Judith has BSL NVQ Level 4 from Doncaster and is currently studying for the Level 4 in Interpreting at Sign Solutions. She gained her Level 1 & 2 at Derby Adult Learning Service and Level 3 at Derby College for Deaf People. She is also qualified to CACDP Level 1 in DeafBlind and Notetaking Level 1. She started work as a Relief Interpreter with CU in April 2008. Judith is married with 4 children.



			RACHEL LOWNDES Rachel has BSL NVQ Level 4 from Communication Plus in Birmingham having gained her Stage 1 & 2 at Chesterfield College and her Stage 3 at Derby College for Deaf People. She has qualifications in Deaf/Blind communication and note taking. She has Deaf friends and has worked with Deaf people with learning difficulties for several years.
